An active purchaser, flipper, and holder of real estate investments in the single family and multifamily space, Brendan brings a demonstrated expertise in real estate investing to his clients. He has active experience in underwriting large real estate investment deals including residential, mixed use, and portfolios across the region.
Spending more than 2 years managing affordable housing developments structured with complex financing packages, Brendan possesses a demonstrated knowledge in project management, real estate financing, and development.
Before managing development projects, Brendan spent 4 years in the construction management space, working on projects ranging from small office fit-outs to large scale mixed use projects.
A Co-Founder of Conley Properties, Brendan has spent 5 years managing and stabilizing real estate assets, and still presently operates the business.
